Optimum Compound II is an aggressive compound unlike any other. Gone are the days of heavy dusting and oily residues making a mess and making heavy compounding a nightmare.
Optimum Compound II will remove up to 1200 grit sanding marks quickly and without the haze or excessive dusting. Clean up is also a breeze with the residue wiping away easily, especially noticable in areas of high humidity.
Optimum Compound II is easy to work with. The Super Micro Abrasives (SMAT) although heavy on the cut, will still perform like a polish, creating an incredible shine with little to no swirls that requires only minimal refinement.
Optimum Compound II has a longer working time to prevent dry buffing, contains no silicone oils or wax so is body shop safe and finishes down better than any other compound without the dust! It really is the perfect compound.
Directions:
When using a wool buffing pad, the compound will remove 1200 sand scratches and lighter at 1000-1400 RPM. Faster buffing speed is not needed with this product. When using a medium or heavy cut foam pad, the compound will remove 1500 sand scratches and lighter at 1000-1400 RPM.
