Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant is the first of its kind cleaner that not only deep cleans fabric and carpet surfaces, but leaves behind a polymetric sealant at the same time.

Usually "All-In-One" type products are not strong in any particular point, but average across a range of uses. Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant is the exception to this rule and it's cleaning power is amazing.

It contains no surfactants like most cleaners that leave oily residue which just attracts more dirt and grime. It uses advanced polymer technology to trap and remove the dirt while the sealant bonds to the surface to protect it.

Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant can be used a number of ways. Use it full strength for spot cleaning of stubborn stains, but dilute up to 3:1 for most applications.

You can use it by hand, by spraying direct onto the surface, agitate with a carpet brush and extract excess liquid with a microfibre cloth, or for best results use with a carpet shampoo extractor machine.
