The Optimum DIY Paint Protection Kit XL contains everything you need to do your own durable 2-3 year coating on a new oversized vehicle or up to two average sized vehicles.

The first step in the DIY Paint Protection Kit is to ensure you are satisfied with the condition of the paintwork. Remove any necessary paint defects by polishing the surface and you are now ready to start the coating application process.

The Optimum Paint Protection Kit contains a special alcohol based cleaner and microfibre cloth to remove all polishing oils, silicone and waxes to allow the coating to bond and achieve maximum durability. Optimum Paint Prep also contains a unique catalyst to amplify bonding and cross linking and make coating application easier.

Once the paint is clean Optimum Gloss-Coat is applied to all painted surfaces section by section until complete. Any excess coating can also be used to coat plastics and glass surfaces or even wheels!
